Message:
I've got a sheet music book from a friend, titled "George Gershwin, Rhapsody in Blue, für Klavier", published by "Warner Bros. Music GmbH Germany", for two hands. I suppose it's the "original" version of Gershwin (by the way, is there any original version for solo piano at all, arranged by Gershwin himself?). Unfortunately, there are no fingering numbers, no pedaling annotations and no remarks or hints which would help the amateur pianist to master this composition.
My question: Is there any edition of the original composition (or at least an arrangement which comes close to the original composition) of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue for solo piano including fingering and pedaling annotations and additional hints or comments for the performer?
Thanks a lot for your help!
