The lyrics to the title song are in the Complete Lyrics of Ira Gershwin. I surfed the web and came up with several authors for the show. Co-composers (both British) Joseph Meyer and Philip Charig. Besides Ira, also credited are D. Furber and D. Carter. I don't know if it is for music or lyrics. This was originally a British production that later was made into a film (somewhere between 1933-1935). Jack Buchanan both produced and appeared in it. |
